What was the luminous UFO captured over Fresno, California on May 11, 2012?

This video was captured in Fresno, California on Friday, May 11, 2012. What seems to be a pretty unimpressive piece of footage takes a weird turn (quite literally) at the 10 minute mark. What do you guys make of this one? Could the sudden change of direction be an optical illusion created by the palm tree leaves moving in the wind? Looks kind of weird, no? (Video will automatically start at 10:10 where the action is.)
The same object was captured by KSEE24 photojournalist Richard Morales at about 8:00pm on Friday evening outside the KSEE24 studios in Fresno. Nothing out of the ordinary in this video though.

Ihave seen these lights over Lemoore, Ca (Fresno), most recently this morning at 3:10 a.m. and I am so curious to know if someone has any explanation of these lights, I mean they sit there for so long it seems that the FAA or some other agency could find out, no ?
