This circular, blueish UFO was recently filmed over Valle del Cauca, Colombia. The Spanish speaking witness is quite astonished and says he’s fulfilling the dream of his life seeing this UFO.
While the footage looks interesting, my first thought is that it looks quite a lot like the LED kites we’ve seen so many times before. Your thoughts?
