Multiple lights seemingly in formation seen over northern India

The UFOs in this video were seen over Ambala, India a few years ago, but the footage was just recently published. Says the eyewitness:
This was near Ambala about a couple of years ago. The camera was facing the setting sun and the object was moving parallel to the horizon. It must have been there for at least 5 minutes, maybe more.

it looks like it could be a ship that is in a forward rotational motion.. but I cant help but to notice that it also seems that is could be something making or giving off some type of gas balls.
Inconclusive, but interesting.
