At approximately 5.50am I observed a light in the sky (west). at first i thought it a bright star but it was moving in an easterly direction. i assumed it was an airplane until i realised it made no noise and was travelling faster than a typical plane would. I called my wife to see. it traversed east at quite a speed, the journey west to east took approximately 1-2 minutes. Any clues?

I saw exactly the same thing over my house in Montmorency, but I thought it was a shooting star at first, and maybe a little earlier, but not entirely sure of the time. I’ve never seen anything like it before!! So majestic and Graceful!
There have been numerous and very public reports of meteor sightings. Maybe this was one?!
