This video was filmed over Moscow, Russia on January 12, 2011 at around 9:30 pm, and is yet another in a long line of sightings made by YouTube user olegen77. There’s a plane or helicopter entering the scene at 0:20, and that craft looks distinctly different compared to the orange objects.
