Orange UFOs over Phoenix, AZ

Unidentified Flaring Object...I say that because It was what I first thought and after looking closely at this I'm pretty sure that's what it was. This is in Phoenix, AZ. There were four when I noticed it and three when I pulled over and started filming. The reason I stopped filming was because it looked like flares and was cold...I hate the cold. BTW I saw the famous Phoenix lights in 1997 and this is NOT what they looked like.

Sorry to say it, but these display all the characteristics of Chinese lights/lanterns. People call the 'orange orbs' and they seem to become more and more widespread. They look cool, but them ain't no UFOs.

This one I'm not so sure about.
