This object was filmed in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in May 2010. It was uploaded to YouTube on November 27, 2010. Says the person who filmed the UFO:
Well it is NOT an UFO it is an alien spacecraft. The movie did not reflect the entire sight, but only part of it. I didn’t care to record everything but to see with my own eye and observe everything I could before it disapeared. I could not risk to loose any detail about the observation in order to record it. The recording was considered to me at the moment a second priority.

Just to add some additional info, there is no way of beign a missile, i live in sao paulo and, here in brazil, as far as i know, the gov dont test missiles or shoot it without a reason. and the place where we launch rockets is about 3200km far from sao paulo, in the northeast region of brazil and til today we cant send a rocket at a high altitude..
